Congratulations on your decision to join us at the Riai Aikido Learning Centre for your Aikido training, and welcome to the mat!

This form needs to be read and completed by both student and guardian, and returned to a Riai Aikido instructor. Contact details are kept confidential and used by instructors to supply information regarding future Club activities, in the rare case of a class being cancelled or rescheduled, and in emergencies.

Health & Safety

Training safely is our number one priority. If you have any injury or health condition that you think may affect your training let your instructor know before class. You are the best judge of what's right for you. If you are uncomfortable with an exercise or technique, discuss it with your training partner or instructor.

Please note below any special health details that may be relevant to the student's training (eg. asthma, epilepsy, allergies, etc). Please Note: If there are any special requirements, please provide an information sheet to the class instructor.

Student Learning Charges:

Student fees are $150-00 per school term. And are payable in advance.

Your fees contribute to the lease and maintenance of our dojo, and towards the running of any special instruction seminars that are offered throughout the year. None of the instructors are paid for their teaching.

Term fees can be paid by Automatic Payment, cash or cheque. Please circle the option that suits you and organise payment accordingly:
